30ml Vodka
30ml Espresso
Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

60ml Pineapple Juice
Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into a martini glass and garnish with 4 drops of raspberry liqueur. Pull a toothpick through the drops to create love hearts
Raspberry Mojito

45ml Black Raspberry Liqueur
30ml Nic’s Gin
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
3 Mint Leaves
Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into a hurricane glass or highball glass. Add ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves.

30ml Lemon Myrtle Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Black Raspberry Liqueur
Place gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a rocks glass and stir. Add crushed ice and pack firmly. Pour the Black Raspberry Liqueur over the top of the ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and blackberry.
