30ml Nic’s Gin
30ml Black Raspberry Liqueur
60ml Pineapple Juice
Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into a large martini glass. Garnish with 4 drops of grenadine syrup. Drag a tooth pick through the drops to create love hearts. Enjoy
Raspberry Mojito

45ml Black Raspberry Liqueur
30ml Nic’s Gin
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
3 Mint Leaves
Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice for 10 seconds. Double strain into a hurricane glass or highball glass. Add ice and top up with soda water. Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves.
