60ml Milly’s Gin
6-8 Mint leaves
15ml Lemon Myrtle Syrup
Ice
Soda Water
Muddle lime leaves in the bottom of a highball glass. Add gin and syrup and fill the glass with ice. Top up with soda water, stir and enjoy.
