60ml Nic’s Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Wild Hibiscus Flower Syrup
1 egg white
Ice
1 Wild Hibiscus flower
Add Gin, Lemon juice, syrup and egg white in a shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Add the Hibiscus flower and bottoms up. Don’t forget the flower is edible.
